Those who complete the GED test while at CCC will continue to be supported as they work to continue their education or work-related goals. When students finish JumpStart, they are placed into the most appropriate class depending on their skills. The course focuses on quick completion of the GED and targeted skill building, as well as an exploration of college and career opportunities. The three- to five-week course is an introduction where skills are assessed, whole group and one-on-one instruction is provided, and students are connected to resources within the collegeĪnd the community.
